Get to know Riff Raff

What’s the story behind the name Riff Raff?

The name “Riff Raff” reflects our love for the unexpected and unconventional. It’s a nod to the idea that creativity and beauty often arise from overlooked places or unlikely ideas. For us, it’s about embracing tension, contrast and spontaneity.

What do you hope people feel when they see your designs?

We want our pieces to provoke an emotional response—whether it’s joy, surprise or nostalgia. Our hope is that people connect with our designs in a way that makes them feel seen or understood, inspiring them to cherish these objects for years to come.

What shapes your work?

Our designs are shaped by the contrast between the vibrant energy of the cities we live in and the peace we find in nature. This duality helps us create objects that feel both dynamic and grounding—designs that fit seamlessly into different environments, whether bustling urban spaces or quiet retreats.
