To keep things green, we only offer Digital Gift Cards. They're effortless to send and just as exciting to receive in your inbox.
How are Gantri gift cards different than other gift cards?
Gantri digital gift cards let you choose the date you want to send it, alongside a personal message. Your recipient can spend it across as many orders as it takes to use the full amount.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Email us at support@gantri.com with the last four characters of your code, and we'll tell you what's left. Whatever you don't spend stays on the card for your next order.
How will I know that my recipient had received the gift card?
When you place your order, we’ll email you a receipt for each gift card that confirms who it goes to and when it will be sent.
How do I use my Gantri gift card?
Your gift card email includes a code. Enter it at checkout, and the gift card amount comes off your order total.
What if I don’t use up my full gift card amount?
The remaining balance stays on your gift card for your next order. It never expires.
What time will my recipient receive the gift card on my selected date?
We’ll send them the email at the start of the day you selected, in your own time zone.
When will the code in my gift card email expire?
Never. The code works until its balance is spent.
