We finally had our first moving sale this past weekend and we were shocked at how fast everything went. I posted it last minute online and we had a few people waiting on us outside an hour early. 😳 We can now check off having our first ever garage sale. 😝 We still don’t have our official move in date, so we’re just over here living life on the edge and getting rid of everything. 🙃 Our kitchen, dining room, storage closets and half of Noa’s room are empty.

Here’s the last peek before we finish the reflection in the mirror side. So far I’m obsessed. It’s colorful, it’s a little groovy and it definitely makes me feel like making grand exits and entrances in fabulous dresses.

the gio task light by @gantri adds such a minimal but impactful touch to any space.

i love the colorway of this light and how it adds to the warmness of the bulbs temperature.

Today we’re swapping out all the doors and door knobs in the house to give it a more modern look to go with the front door. They’re flat panel wood doors like the unfinished one you can see here in this pic. I’m trying to decide if I should paint them all high gloss white or use a white stain to lighten them a bit and then seal them. 🤔

Experienced one of the most scenic drives I’ve ever driven going to northern AZ, soaked up a cabin-stay (more photos soon), and then explored & shopped all through PHX. if you’re like me, you never use the aggressive and anxiety-inducing big light. the past two years i’ve been on a journey realizing that warm, homey lights help create a peaceful environment to calm my mental health. one of our first cozy light purchases a few years ago was with @gantri when we bought our two bedside hula table lights. we quickly fell in love with these lights made from plants and i know you’ve seen me posting them so much - so much that @gantri gifted us this beautiful gio table light. 

i’m so excited for the addition of the gio table light to our home! i’m obsessed with the soft, diffused light that you can control by the dimmable switch. the glow puts me at ease to help me focus in peace. the light has beautiful simplistic design-forward aesthetics that, to be honest, can’t be found elsewhere. one of my favorite parts is the light rotates creating so many different ways to use it. when reading, i tend to rotate it to perfectly face the pages of my book. once i’m finished reading, i can easily rotate the light back to a downward position to light our side table. never will i ever go back to using the *big light*
